Q1. What are the COVID precautions taken by us?

* All staff wear masks and have temperatures checked daily.
* All materials, final products, packaging material are sanitized daily with extra care.
* Warehouse is sanitized daily.
* Social distancing is maintained mandatorily at all times.

Q2. Product Authenticity

All products and brands associated with us follow stringent regulations regarding their quality control process as we do. All products are 100% authentic and of the highest quality standards.

Q3. Shipping & Delivery

Please note shipping timelines may be extended around Holidays and new releases. While we aim to process your order within a shorter shipping window, we are temporarily increasing our processing timeframe to up-to 2 business days. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 - 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However, items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas, the products may take 5-7 days depending on location.

 

Q4. Can you change my order before it has shipped?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your order after it is placed. Please ensure that your order and shipping details are correct as we are not able to edit these once your order has been processed.

 

Q5. How do I return an item purchased on Orossentials?

(Please note: We do not guarantee the usage of the product for the purposes you may have purchased it from www.orossentials.com. We highly recommend that before using any cosmetic products it is advisable to consult your skin specialist/dermatologist or any competent medical expert about the suitability of the said product on your skin/hair. We do not assume any responsibility about any adverse medical condition if the product is used without verifying with your medical expert. Any claim with regard any reaction or damage due to usage of any product shall be directly made to the respective manufacturing company.

Orossentials offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return request of a product within 2 Business Days of receiving its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.

* Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (contact@orossentials.com) or call us on +91 7568085088 (9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri) within 2 Business Days of receiving the order.
* Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
* Step 3: We will schedule a return pick up within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
* In case the request is for a replacement, the same is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount to you.
