Directions:

• 1- Put 1-2 drops into the hands and rub them into the hair until it is completely absorbed once a day.
• When using on the face, put 3 drops into hands and rub into affected areas. Leave on the skin overnight for best results.

For conditioning Hair: At least once a week, apply up to 10 drops of oil into the hair. Work into the hair from root to tip. Leave in for a few hours and then wash hair with shampoo and conditioner use conditioner only for longer hair.

For dry skin, acne, stretch marks, and scars: At least every other day, after showering and, apply a minimal amount to the affected areas until the oil has absorbed into the skin. Suitable for both men and women.
